These general terms describe how we handle enquiries and supply. They are a summary for the website. The terms that apply to any order are those set out in the quotation and sales contract for that order. We will review this page before the site goes live.
Prices and lead times in a quotation are valid for the period stated in that quotation. Prices depend on the specification, quantity and Incoterm agreed at the time.
An order is confirmed once both sides agree the specification, price and payment terms in writing. Payment terms are set in the sales contract.
Where agreed, goods are inspected before shipment, and a certificate of analysis or inspection report is provided. Any third-party inspection is arranged as set out in the order.
Delivery, risk and cost pass according to the Incoterm stated in the order, such as FOB, CIF or CFR. We handle export documentation from India; import clearance at destination is the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Brand and product names are used to describe the goods we can supply. Their use does not imply that we are the manufacturer or an appointed distributor unless we state so in writing.
